President of the Chamber – Artur Gontarczyk

Legal counsel. Graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. A student of Bachelor’s and PhD studies in canon law at the Institute of Canon Law of the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow. Participant of Acton University in Grand Rapids, Michigan (USA) and Sonntagberg (Austria). Trainee of the World Youth Alliance Head Office in Brussels (Belgium) and the Consumer Federation in Krakow. Graduate of the Slovak Law School of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and scholarship holder of the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava. Completed legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków. Runs the Legal Advisor’s Office.

Vice-President of the Chamber – Jakub Bałtroszewicz

Social activist. Graduate of the John Paul II Pontifical University in Krakow (UPJPII) and the Vita Institute’s bioethics course at Notre Dame University in South Bend, Indiana (USA). A multiple-time participant of Acton University in Grand Rapids, Michigan (USA) and Sonntagberg (Austria). Graduate of the Summer School of the Tertio Millenio Institute in Cracow. Secretary General of the European Federation ‘ONE OF US’ present in more than 20 European countries, President of the Polish Pro-Life Federation and the ‘ONE OF US’ Foundation. Ethical expert of the European Commission, with many years of experience in cooperation and social counseling in the institutions of the European Union in the so-called Transparency Register. Lecturer of Bioethics didactics at UPJPII, co-founder of the first Bioethics Clinic in Poland in Krakow. He spends his free time travelling, visited nearly 100 countries on all continents.

Secretary of the Chamber – Joanna Zarzycka – Osikowska

A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Public Administration. Full of enthusiasm for work, she started her career in the administration department of one of Lublin’s companies. Later, for over 5 years, she worked for a well-known law firm in Krakow, which also performed consular functions in one of the EU countries. At present, she has over 14 years of professional experience, within the framework of which she has specialized in conducting office administration.
