According to the latest press release of the Bangladeshi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Her Excellency Sultana Laila Hossain has been appointed as the new head of the country’s diplomatic mission to Poland.
The new Ambassador is a graduate of microbiology at Dhaka University. She is an experienced diplomat – she has worked in many positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well with the diplomatic missions of Bangladesh in Rangoon (Myanmar) and New Delhi (India). She has also served as Consul General of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh based in Los Angeles (United States). She will replace His Excellency Muhammad Mahfuzur Rahman as Ambassador to Poland.
The Polish-Bangladeshi Chamber of Commerce would like to congratulate the Ambassador most sincerely and wishes Her Excellency every success in Her work in Poland.
